choose your own revolution--the website

(I originally put this in the listings section, but i decided to post it directly so more folk who might be interested would see it.)

I just had an idea and I wonder if it exists or if there are capable webmasters out there that can make it happen.

I got the idea when I happened upon a website that let's people send virtual gems via email. you choose what you want from a menu of picture options and then send it to someone as a token of virtual love. It's obviously promoted by gem industry folk as a way to plant and spread the idea of buying gems in people's heads.

THE IDEA:
What if there were a site for virtual revolution?

There could be a menu of options in various categories--race relations, sexuality, the environment, gender roles, meaningful work, wealth distribution, urban planning/neighborhood design, etc.

Each option would be a paragraph and/or picture showing what a society would be like if that option were chosen.

Folk would choose options in several (or each) categories, thus piecing together a vision for what a liberated society would look like for them.

Then they could email their vision to friends, and then the friends would be encouraged to try it...and so on...

Conversations could be inspired...

Folk who wish fervently for radical change but never seriously thought about it being possible might start to open their minds a little.

This could be a meme that really spreads and gets folk's imaginative juices flowing.

A choose your own adventure site for talkin' 'bout a revolution...

The first step to getting people to act for change is getting them to imagine change.

Although I'm too busy on other stuff to make this idea real, if you decide to tackle it and wanna network with others on it, email me on tribe or at <imagineaworld@gmail.com> and I'll connect all the folk who respond with each other. Be sure to include an email address.
